14-12-2017 Romania Flowers and portraits outside the former Royal Palace, that houses the National Arts Museum in Bucharest, where the coffin of King Michael I of Romania is displayed. The remains of Michel from Romania, who died on December 05, 2017 in Switzerland at the age of 96, were repatriated on December 13, 2017.
He ruled twice, from 1927 to 1930 and then from 1940 to 1947, before the communist government ended the monarchy in the Balkan country.
